Shipping Methods

Fiori Accessories offers worldwide shipping through trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, and national postal services. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Available Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (tracking included)
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (tracking included)
  • Local Pickup: Available for customers in Milan (by appointment only)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.

Free Shipping Threshold:

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over €150 to most European countries. For international orders, free shipping applies to orders over €300.

Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped (not from the order date). Please note these are estimates and not guarantees:

Order Tracking

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Crimea. Some jewelry items may have additional shipping restrictions to certain countries due to material regulations.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery (for damaged items) or within 30 days of shipment (for lost packages). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
