At Fiori Accessories, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached)
- Include the original packaging
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Personalized or custom-made pieces (unless defective)
Refund Process

- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the original receipt or order confirmation
- Ship the item to our return address (provided upon request)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same return process and indicate your exchange preference when contacting customer service.
